Sharon Bates is an active Cobb
resident and a full-time Realtor specializing in the Cobb
Mountain area, although she is available to clients throughout
Lake County. She is a former computer programmer
consultant and has traveled extensively through the
Southwestern region of the United States. Her husband
Wayne, is a retired builder with 30 years experience in the
construction industry. Sharon spends her non-working
hours volunteering for the Cobb Mountain Artists Group and is
an active member of the Cobb Mtn. Lions. Sharon also
helps out with the monthly Cobb Pot-Luckers.

buyers and putting together CMA's (Comparative Market
