Joi has been a Lake County
resident for eleven years. She retired from the Sonoma
County Sheriff's Office seven years ago to raise and train
Quarter Horses at her Scotts Valley Ranch. Joi is an
accomplished equestrian and has competed in many major horse
show events. Her last big win was at the San Francisco
Cow Palace. She has decided to "hang up her
spurs" after 30+ years devoted to the love of good
horses.
Joi now resides in Hidden Valley
and joined Century 21 in 2004! Joi brings her expertise
of ranch property along with some previous experience in
residential sales to Century 21 House of Realty.
