Carol and her husband Bill have
owned property in Hidden Valley Lake for the past 25 years.
Orignally purchasing lots in Hidden Valley, then trading them
in for a weekend home they realized this was the place for
them! About 14 years ago, Carol moved to Hidden Valley
with her family from the Bay Area permanently.
Carol's career spans over 30
years. Carol obtained her BA from San Jose State
University and her AA from West Valley College in the San Jose
area. She also obtained her AA in Nursing at De Anza
College. Starting out as a flight attendant in the early
70's, Carol got the feel for customer service. Then she
changed her career path by working in the Title industry for a
total of 6 years in various capacities. She then was a
nurse at a Bay Area convalescent hospital and then owned her
own business in Clearlake, All American Video for 8 years.
Obtaining her real estate license and selling real estate
locally in Hidden Valley Lake provides Carol the best of both
worlds. She gets to work and play in her own backyard!
Carol enjoys golfing, reading,
cooking, baseball and going for walks!
Carol's husband is the
controller for the Hidden Valley Lake Association. They
have a daughter , Alicia, who resides in San Francisco and is
the Promotions Manager for a private academy in the city.
