Living in
Hidden Valley Lake since the subdivision's early days, Bev
Caruso has the keenest of insights into the area, it's
amenities, home styles, property values and people. Since
she and her husband arrived in 1979, she has seen the area grow
from some 50 homes to 1,800 and from fewer than 25 school-age
children to some 600. "There wasn't even a stop light
in the county when we arrived, " she chuckles.
Bev says the relaxed pace of Hidden Valley Lake is what drew
them from San Carlos where her husband had been involved in land
development for many years. They felt they could enjoy the rural
beauty of Lake County and semi-retire. Semi-retirement was
short-lived since Bev enjoyed the area and people so much, she
was soon helping others buy homes here, too. Happily, she
has been able to maintain the calmer pace she adopted when she
settled there, both in her professional life as well as on the
golf links she loves so much. "I guide but don't push
my clients," explains Bev. "I let them take
things in stride and make their own decisions."
More than two decades of living in and loving Hidden Valley Lake
make Bev a natural at helping clients buy and sell homes here.
She works hard at matching buyers with their dream home.
When not helping clients, Bev and her husband of 46 years
enjoy perfecting their golf game and spending time with their
three daughters and their five grandchildren, ages 5 to 19.
Bev can be reached at the Hidden Valley Lake Office on Hartman
Road at 707/987-3800.
